The F&B sector is currently at the center of developments as the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine continues to suppress exports from the Black Sea. This disrupts supply chains and destabilises markets and consumer confidence, driving food prices and inflation higher. F&B deals have dropped significantly in 2022 as buyers and sellers are postponing transactions due to deteriorating macroeconomic environment. Opportunities exist for established brands to consolidate market.
