Corporate Finance / M&A Associate (3 – 5 years experience)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support in the development of strategy and execution of transactions
Identify, screen, and value M&A opportunities
Develop and review financial models from front to back
Build investor material including IM and pitch decks
Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
Acting as a mentor and role model to Analysts
Play a key role supporting origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution
Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
Manage live transactions by coordinating with buyers/targets and facilitating due diligence processes

Skills and Experience
Master’s degree in or related to finance or professional qualification title (CFA / ACA)
3 - 5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance required
Strong financial modelling skills including the ability to build valuation models (comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and discounted cash flow analysis), leveraged buyout models, and accretion/dilution merger models
Good understanding of the nuances of transaction procedures and key elements of deal negotiation, including legal and other documentation
Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson, Capital IQ or other similar data sources
Strong quantitative/analytical skills
Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills
Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments
Knowledge of and/or experience in TMT industry preferred
Fluent in Greek and English is a must / working knowledge of other European languages preferred
